Well it was a gift for a friend and he was really happy when he opened it, and so far there have been no complaints so a massive thumbs up. Also, really well packaged and a swift delivery.

Of 4 TV series I recently ordered, this is the only one that is available in North America as a boxed set. As in previous review for Airwolf, I found it cheaper to get this series from the UK then to purchase it in Canada. I also taped this series when it first came out, but the DVD format gives a much better picture and sound, especially on a HD TV. I like the way this has been packaged and I really like the complete episode guide printed on the inside of the top cover.

I have always loved the Knight Rider series, but never saw all of them. But with the help of this box set, my worries are over. It is just amazing! There are bonus features on almost every DVD on the first 2 seasons.
Except the mistake of the order of the episodes, in the first season, it is very good and I would recommend it to anyone who likes the ideas of a Knight in a very smart car!

knightrider is great for young and old, i would highly recommend the complete box set for a gift or just to feel young again. charming and exciting action throughout.Great price too.

THE KNIGHT RIDER BOX SET IS BRILLIANT, BUT THE PILOT EPISODES “KNIGHT OF THE PHOENIX” ARE ON DISC NO.7 AND NOT THE FIRST DISC AS YOU WOULD PERSUME.

Being a big fan of the Knight Rider series, I’ve always loved the show all these years. Here is what I think of the box set.

GOODS

- The quality of the picture is very good. Nothing to complain about the Audio quality as well. Fantastic work on the digital transfer, considering the fact that the show is shot over 25 years ago.

- Plenty of bonus features included; almost on each disc.

- Each disc is safely stored in a regular DVD case.

- Nice artwork, as you can see from the Amazon photo, the image of the car is spreaded over all the 26 DVD cases.

NOT SO GOODS

- The box set is BIG; the set only has 26 DVDs but takes almost twice the space as my X-Files box set which has 59 DVDs!

- There is an error occured in the chronological order of the episodes. In the first season, the first three episodes come in the last discs of the season which disturbs the flow of the storyline.

If you are a Knight Rider fan who doesn’t have a space problem and willing to findout the correct order of the episodes from the box set, you don’t have a single reason not to buy this product. At this price, this piece of classical 80s American TV is a steal! Go for it!!

This is a perfect way for people to get into the spirit of the eighties. I was only born at the very end of the eighties and didn’t get to experience things such as Knight Rider at the time, but these DVD releases have enabled me to do that.

The packaging is practical and the DVDs form a picture of KITT which is a plus. The DVDs themselves contain a number of special features which is always a plus. Picture quality is good, sound is fantastic and the stories just as enjoyable as ever. I particularly like the menus with the music and whatnot.

The price might be a bit hefty for a first time Knight Rider, but for somebody who enjoys the series it’s perfect. Excellent value.

Simply Amazing

This box set is simply awesome. Limited to 400, 00 copies. The set is great, but buyer be warned, some disc may have minor scratches and fingerprints on them. I can only assume that this happened in the packing process

However the discs play fine. As it is limited and they don’t, best advice is to pop down to your local DVD rental shop and they should be able to repair it for you for a nominal fee. Trust me that is the best solution as most shops will insist you watch the discs first and only then if faulty will take it back (There is no way you can watch all the 80+ Episodes in 28 days

Woolworths is like that as to is HMV.

However the set is fantastic and most DVD players will be able to read through the scratches. Enjoy it is fantastic and in time will become a collectors item
