Laurel & Hardy: Stan gets an apple stuck in his mouth (really funny!)

This is a hilarious scene from Laurel & Hardy’s 1929 classic- ‘The Hoose Gow’ which is one of their first talkies. Stan & Ollie try to escape jail by throwing apples over the prison wall which sends a sign for a group outside the gates, to throw a ladder over, freeing Stan & Ollie- But as you can know, nothing is ever simple for the pair as Stan ends up choking on an apple! I’d strongly reccomend you watch it, it’s one of their best- famous for it’s climax, when Stan & Ollie end up in a rice pudding fight! It’s pure L&H at their very best!
